JCA accepts all donations in good faith, including one-off donations, split payment donations and recurring monthly donations. It is not JCA’s general policy to refund a donation that has been knowingly and voluntarily given to JCA. We will, however, work with donors on a case by basis to resolve problems or misunderstandings that arise from making a donation to JCA. We will refund if an error has been made by JCA or one of our payment providers or if the donation was provided by a vulnerable person. We may also refund if the donor entered the wrong amount or selected the wrong payment type, or under exceptional circumstances.
