BJE ShinShinim Coming To Sydney

BJE’s ShinShinim don’t just join our community, they become part of our family.

Consider enriching your family life by hosting one of our ShinShinim in your home. Hosting has proved to be a wonderful arrangement, benefitting the young Israeli, the host family, and our local Jewish community. There are two opportunities to host this year: Shalev Leonzini and Yoav Rubin have deferred their army service by a year, to do Shnat Sherut (year of community service) in the diaspora.

BJE is seeking expressions of interest from families willing to host one or both boys for a period of time, from August 2024-July 2025 (August-December 2024; February-April 2025 or May-July 2025). Host families will receive a monthly allowance.
